At Snöfall Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our returns policy below:
- Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at snofallgroup@ gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using an insured, trackable shipping method at your expense.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund Options:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate the item you wish to exchange it for.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s).
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or exchange.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
- International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with international returns.
